Thank you for shopping with Regal Dew Skin Studio. We want your order experience to be clear and reliable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your order arrives with an issue, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Items should be returned with their original packaging when applicable, and a valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, skincare, beauty, or personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

1. Opened or used skincare or beauty items
2. Final sale or clearance products
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
6. Returns sent back without approval from our support team

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from Regal Dew Skin Studio, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Regal Dew Skin Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [contact@regaldew.store](mailto:contact@regaldew.store).

We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

After your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

Exchanges and Order Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like another product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
